Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.

1. Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot for home collection. For lab visits, cancellation is allowed anytime before the sample is provided at the diagnostic center.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable for cancelled bookings where payment was made online. If a test is cancelled by the lab partner due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable once the sample has been collected or the test process has commenced. Convenience fees may be non-refundable for certain high-priority urgent bookings.
4. Partial Refunds
In case of health packages where only a few tests are performed due to medical reasons, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the individual costs of the tests completed.
5. Modification of Booking
You can reschedule your booking for free. If you choose to modify a booking that results in a lower total cost, the difference will be refunded to your account.
Important Refund Note
Refunds are processed to the original payment source. For payments made via UPI, refunds usually reflect within 24-48 hours. For Credit/Debit cards, it may take up to 7 working days.
