1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MeddyNet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
MeddyNet provides a digital marketplace for laboratory tests, allowing users to compare prices, book appointments, and receive digital health records. We act as an intermediary between users and healthcare providers.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our policies.
4. Booking & Appointments
All test bookings are subject to availability at our partner labs. MeddyNet is not liable for delays, cancellations, or quality of service provided by the partner laboratories, although we facilitate support in such cases.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on MeddyNet, including text, logos, and software, is the property of MeddyNet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
MeddyNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Medical decisions should always be made in consultation with a qualified doctor.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
